It’s a given my feet and ankles are protected, but these socks are so freaking comfortable! Love wearing them. This is my third pair.
Bought this for my 10U son, size small. Good shape, the foot sits well, but the sock is a little tall, coming up to the middle of his knee and he's tall for his age. He likes the feel of the sock and it's not bulky. I would recommend, but probably go a size smaller than advertised.
Bought every pair of Aycane socks, Base layers and by far the best socks I’ve ever worn for hockey skates. Literally tried every other brand and none of them compare to Aycanes
Great skate socks. They aren’t too tight or loose. Not too thin or thick. They stay up all game and are easy to put on and take off. Hopefully I’ll never need to try out the cut resistance, but good to know it’s there. My only complaint is that the padding they claim to relieve common pressure points, specifically the ankle bone in my experience, is practically non-existent. I was hoping to take care of two issues with one pair of socks- cut resistance and padding around ankle bones. Maybe the next version will offer more substantial ankle padding.
