My son is on the spectrum and plays 14u AA .. but has VERY specific requirements in the way his clothing fits and feels.. I have very specific needs for smell retention & launderability.. Up until now, we’ve been throwing money away chasing several different brands/styles to find something that wasn’t a battle to get him to wear... Everything was either too itchy, so slouchy, too thick, too thin, pilled up badly, stunk to high heaven, were easily soaking wet.. lots of issues. I was afraid I’d lose him to going barefoot..
Then we came across this brand. The reviews were the reason I pulled the trigger (most brands all have similar claims, but to me, the truth is in reviews) and the cut-resistant shirt we’d tried was already huge hit.
Then we got them, & I’ve never seen a 13yo react like that to socks! He is so in love with these, he never takes them off! Before, it was really a fight to make him put his ‘skate socks’ on & now it’s a fight to make him take them off! He doesn’t even wear his insoles anymore because he said he doesn’t need the padding now!
He plays both goalie & defenseman and has a pair of Konekt skates & traditional lace-up skates.. The socks are perfect for both! No lace-bite or rubbed spots from the clamps and plenty of box & ankle cushioning!
These socks have great arch support & are thankfully super cut-resistant, but his favorite things are how silky soft they are, how the seams all somehow feel invisible, and how they’re supportive without restriction.. But my favorite things are that they somehow resist the major-funk of hockey stink, stay dry, and are REALLY easy to wash! No pilling or that awful staticky/scratchy sticking like Velcro to everything! I’ve gone back and ordered 2 more pairs (and now they’re base pants too) and got rid of all our other brands!
So if you are still reading this, you’re probably like me and have tried a ton of brands/styles and are now deep-diving into reviews to find a new solution.. DO NOT HESITATE! Put them in your cart! And don’t just buy a pair to try.. GO AHEAD AND BUY MULTIPLE!!! You’ll be so glad you did!

Very comfortable. As a professional player who has struggled with lace bite in the past the ankle support and protection from the tongue have been fantastic upon my first few uses.
Bought these socks for my 9 yo. He says they feel great and are the most comfortable cut resistant socks I’ve bought him. He says they’re soft on his calves and loves that they’re thinner on his feet. They’re not easy to get on but they’re totally worth the struggle. I love that he has some protection and is still comfortable.
