Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, please visit: aycane.myreturnsportal.com/. If approved, we'll provide a shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. 


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges:

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on the website. The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds:

Simply register your refund, and follow the instructions to send the item(s) back. Once we have received and inspected your goods we will process the refund at which point you’ll receive a refund confirmation e-mail. If you paid by credit or debit card or PayPal, the amount will be transferred back to the account or card used within 5 working days, from the time the return was processed at our warehouse facility. It can take up to 10 working days for your return to be received and handled at our warehouse and up to 5 more days until the money arrives on your account depending on your chosen payment method.
