The materials for this product and fit were excellent. However the cup pocket is too high in the short and leaves the lower portion of what it’s supposed to be protecting exposed. This needs a redesign.
A wonderfully crafted product with great materials and a solid fit. There’s obvious attention to detail in almost eveything about this product. Except for one huge flaw that makes this product unusable by itself… the cup pocket is awful. You can see where they decided to cut it off to early and where it should have kept on going down and around to let the cup sit in the correct position. Alas, this detail was not one they took seriously. If you’ve ever seen a stick hit someone from below into the groin, you’ll understand why this product is almost perfect but unfortunately unusable without a separate jock strap. Too bad.
Everytime I buy a product from Aycane, I keep coming back . I like how they try to focus on some keys areas of giving their products to be more flexible in areas of the hip but also keeping the balance in comfort. Their socks were the first thing for me & I can’t wait for the long sleeve shirt to arrive .
It may work for some, but I thought the fit was rather awkward and ended up returning for a competing option.
I’ve tried all of the top of the line base layer shorts/jocks and these are way more comfortable than the bauers, Ccm, and even the Warroad shorts. Get a pair and you won’t regret it.
