AYCANE AG - Shipping Policy (Effective date: June 2025)
1. Fees and Timing
We will need a little time to process your order and prepare it for shipment, you will receive a confirmation notice together with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. For most destination countries you can choose between standard shipping (approximately 2-6 business days) and priority shipping (approximately 1-3 business days).

2. Our shipping methods
In general, we ship with our courier partner FedEx to most destinations worldwide. For regional shipments within the Czech Republic, we use PPL (a member of the DHL Group). For domestic deliveries within Canada, we ship with Purolator. In any case, the carrier will always be clearly indicated when we provide your tracking number.
3. From where we ship
We ship orders from our distribution centers in the Czech Republic, the United States, and Canada to ensure the fastest delivery based on your location.
4. Where do we ship to
All European Union member states, Canada, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America, South Africa and Mexico. If you live outside the listed countries, please contact our customer service at support@aycane.com.
