1. Organizer

The PWR Sports Bra Giveaway ("Giveaway") is organized by AYCANE AG ("AYCANE" or "Organizer"), a company registered in Switzerland.

The Giveaway is promoted in collaboration with @wagz_91, AYCANE is responsible for administering the Giveaway, selecting the winners and distributing the prizes.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on [START DATE AND TIME] and ends on November 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central European Time (CET, UTC+1).

Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals worldwide, subject to the geographic restrictions specified below and applicable local laws.

To participate, entrants must:

• Be at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority in their country or region of residence.

• Have a valid Instagram account.

• Reside in a country or territory eligible for participation.

• Comply with these Official Terms & Conditions.

Geographic restrictions: This Giveaway is void where prohibited or where required authorizations have not been obtained. The following locations are excluded: Brazil, Italy, Mexico, Philippines, Poland, Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Yemen and Venezuela.

Additional jurisdictions may be excluded where the Giveaway cannot lawfully be conducted or prizes cannot lawfully be delivered, as specified in the final eligibility rules.

No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees of AYCANE, the participating creator, and individuals directly involved in organizing the Giveaway, as well as their immediate family or household members, are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participation is free. No purchase or payment is necessary.

To enter:

1. Find the official Giveaway Reel published on Instagram by @aycane.hockey in collaboration with @wagz_91.

2. Comment with a 💪 emoji underneath the Reel during the Giveaway Period.

One entry per person is permitted. Additional comments will not increase the chances of winning.

Participants are welcome to like the Reel, follow @aycane.hockey and @wagz_91, and share the Reel with friends. These actions are entirely optional and do not provide additional entries or increase the chances of winning.

Entries submitted through automated systems, bots, fraudulent accounts or other methods intended to manipulate the Giveaway may be disqualified.

5. Prizes

A total of five (5) AYCANE PWR Sports Bras will be awarded.

Each of the five winners will receive one (1) PWR Sports Bra in an available size and color of their choice, subject to stock availability.

Approximate retail value per prize:

• Switzerland: CHF 59.90

• United States: USD 59.99

• Canada: CAD 65.00

• Eurozone: EUR 59.90

• Sweden: SEK 550.00

The approximate combined value of all five prizes is CHF 299.50 based on Swiss retail pricing. Actual retail values may vary by market.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. AYCANE may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

AYCANE will cover standard shipping to eligible destinations.

Import duties, taxes and customs charges:

Winners are responsible for complying with any personal tax-reporting obligations arising from receipt of a prize, where applicable.

6. Winner Selection

Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Giveaway Period.

All eligible entries will be entered into a single international prize draw. No prizes are reserved for any specific country or region.

The draw will take place within five (5) business days after the Giveaway closes.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning. The actual odds depend on the total number of valid entries received.

Each person may win only one prize.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted through an Instagram Direct Message from the official @aycane.hockey account.

Winners must respond within five (5) calendar days of receiving the notification and provide the information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and arrange delivery.

If a potential winner does not respond within the specified period, cannot be contacted, fails to meet the eligibility requirements or declines the prize, AYCANE may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

AYCANE will never request payment, credit card details or banking information to claim a prize.

8. Additional Requirements for Canadian Participants

Canadian residents selected as potential winners must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, before being confirmed as winners.

Failure to answer correctly may result in the selection of an alternate winner, subject to applicable Canadian laws.

9. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped to the winners after successful verification of eligibility and receipt of the required delivery information.

AYCANE will make reasonable efforts to dispatch prizes within thirty (30) days following confirmation of the winners.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, availability and customs processing.

Where a delivery cannot be completed because of circumstances beyond AYCANE's reasonable control, AYCANE will contact the winner to discuss an appropriate solution.

10. Privacy and Personal Data

AYCANE processes personal information solely as necessary to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, select and contact winners, prevent fraud, and arrange delivery of prizes.

Information processed may include:

• Instagram username and Giveaway entry.

• Full name and contact details of selected winners.

• Shipping address and preferred product size.

• Information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.

Personal information may be shared with shipping providers or service partners where necessary to deliver the prizes.

Participation does not automatically subscribe entrants to marketing emails or newsletters. Any marketing communications requiring consent will be subject to separate consent.

Giveaway-related personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the promotion and fulfill applicable legal obligations.

11. Fair Participation

AYCANE reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

• Violate these Official Terms & Conditions.

• Contain fraudulent or misleading information.

• Involve automated entry systems or manipulation.

• Violate applicable laws or Instagram's rules.

Any disqualification will be based on reasonable, documented grounds.

If technical issues, fraud or other circumstances beyond AYCANE's reasonable control materially affect the fair administration of the Giveaway, AYCANE may take appropriate corrective action, including postponing or cancelling the promotion where legally permitted.

Material changes will be communicated transparently through the official Giveaway channels.

12. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By participating, entrants fully release Instagram from claims and liability relating to the Giveaway, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Participants acknowledge that all questions, comments or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to AYCANE and not Instagram.

13. Liability

AYCANE is not responsible for entries that are not received due to technical interruptions, platform outages or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Participants remain responsible for complying with applicable laws and Instagram's Terms of Use.

14. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection or other rights that participants may have under the laws of their country of residence.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent under applicable law.
